For all orders shipping to one of the contiguous 48 United States, we are happy to offer free standard shipping for orders over $49, and a discounted, flat-rate shipping of $7.99 for all other orders.
Royal Jelly products ship for free in the United States using 2 day shipping!
For customers outside of the contiguous 48 United States, we are not able to offer these shipping rates. However, we do offer discounted rates through FedEx and USPS. You can use the shipping rates calculator on the checkout page to see what your shipping cost would be to any area outside of the contiguous 48 United States.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, 9 AM EST to 2 PM EST. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. All orders will ship within 24 business hours of receipt. If you are placing an order before 2 PM EST, and would like to have it shipped the same day, please contact us and we will do our best to ship the order the same day. If your order is time-sensitive, please select the appropriate shipping method to ensure the delivery meets your schedule.
All standard United States shipping holidays apply. Please note that FedEx does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Next day orders placed on Friday before 2 PM will be delivered on Monday, not Saturday, as FedEx Express does not offer Saturday delivery. In addition, orders sent FedEx ground will be delivered Tuesday - Saturday, as FedEx Ground service does not make deliveries on Monday.
We typically ship Monday through Friday, except on Federal Holidays.
*Please note, due to the perishable nature of our Fresh Royal Jelly, it is shipped out only Monday through Wednesday to avoid shipping delays over the weekend. Orders received Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday. Also note when ordering Fresh Royal Jelly, that any other products in your cart will also be shipped out with the Royal Jelly if you choose standard shipping.

For domestic orders with standard shipping, we ship all packages either by FedEx or USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class. Delivery times range depending upon your location. We also offer the option of selecting shipping and paying for quicker delivery services.
International
For international orders with standard shipping, we ship all packages by either FedEx or the United States Postal Service Airmail. Delivery times range depending upon your location, and with no delay at the destinations' Customs. We also offer the option of selecting shipping and paying for quicker delivery services.
Import duties, taxes and fees are paid by the recipient. Please check with your local government regarding import restrictions and extra charges as you will responsible for your order once it leaves the United States.
Because every country has different custom/duty regulations, it is impossible for us determine the appropriate customs/duty cost to any given buyer during checkout. The price that you see during checkout is the shipping price that is given to us by the shipping carrier. Any additional charges/duties/fees are unbeknownst until the package arrives at the terminal of the destination. As part of the final measure of purchasing an item internationally, there are chances of additional duties/customs fees. This is not an expense that is derived from us, rather from the destination customs regulations.
