• 8 oz coconut water
• 2 handfuls spinach
• 1 handful kale
• 1 apple
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1/2 Tbsp. chia seeds
• 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
• 3 Tbsp. Organic Chlorella
• 1/4 inch ginger root grated (optional for an added health boost)
Mix all ingredients in a blender with a handful of ice. Garnish with chia seeds and drink immediately. Enjoy!
