Whipped Cinnamon Pumpkin Honey Butter

Whipped Cinnamon Pumpkin Honey Butter

You know Fall is in full swing when the air is crisp, the leaves are changing colors, and you smell pumpkin at every corner. So I couldn't avoid jumping on the pumpkin bandwagon when I needed to bring something to a Sunday brunch with friends. With little time to prepare, I wanted something that was simple (4 ingredients or less!) and quick to make.

This recipe turns ordinary butter into something seasonally delicious with just the simple additions of pumpkin puree and Stakich Enriched Raw Honey. And it couldn't be any easier to make! Spread it on rolls, pancakes, waffles, toast, bagels... the list goes on!

Ingredients

1 c. butter

6 Tbsp. Stakich Cinnamon Enriched Raw Honey

6 Tbsp. pumpkin puree

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Beat the butter with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add in the pumpkin puree, 1 Tbsp. at a time, every 30 seconds, and continue to beat until well combined.
  3. Add in the honey and vanilla and continue to beat until thick and fluffy, approximately 2 minutes.
  4. Spread and eat!
  5. Store this however you normally store butter. Put it in the fridge if you plan on keeping it for a while, or on the counter if it will be eaten within a couple days. Either way it should be served room temperature.
