I think its important to have a go-to salmon recipe on hand. The fish is not difficult to prepare, and always makes for an impressive dish. The nutritional benefit of it being a food loaded with Omega-3s is of course an added bonus. Check out one of my favorite ways to prepare this delicious fish by using Stakich Raw Honey and Soy Sauce to season it. This glaze can also be used to flavor chicken or steamed vegetables.
Season fish with salt and pepper. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, and lime juice.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place fish, skin-sides down, and cook until skin is crisp and fish becomes opaque halfway up sides, about 2 minutes.
Flip the fillets, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook until just cooked through, about 1 1/2 minutes more. Transfer to a plate, skin-sides up.
Heat a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add soy mixture and boil until darkened slightly and reduced to a glaze, about 1 minute.
Remove from heat and immediately place fish in saucepan, gently flipping several times to evenly coat in glaze.
Serve over rice or with sauteed broccoli or bok choy.

Royal jelly is a thick, milky-white substance secreted by nurse bees (young worker bees) and is used to feed all larvae in the hive for the first few days of life. However, the real magic happens when one larva is exclusively fed royal jelly — this larva becomes the queen bee.
