Stakich takes great pride in our products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit, or refund.
- Purchases made from entities other than Stakich.com are not eligible for return credit or exchange. Please contact the retailer where the Stakich purchase was made and inquire about their exchange or return policy.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days* of receipt.
- Opened items are not eligible for full return credit.
- For any damaged item, you may be required to provide a photo.
- Items that are shipped to Stakich without adequate packing to ensure safe return and are subsequently damaged are not eligible for full return credit.
- Please return via FedEx, UPS, or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. Stakich cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
- Upon arrival of the returned product, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- 'Wholesale' items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
*Royal Jelly must be returned within 7 days from the time of product receipt.
