Order Processing
Orders placed on our website are completely secure. Once you've filled our online order form and sent it off to us, the order is first confirmed and then securely transmitted to us. We check for product availability, enter your order, confirm your credit card, and send you another e-mail indicating that the order has been entered. Our goal is to have all orders entered no later than 24 hours after receiving them, but we'll often enter order within couple of hours of receiving them. International Orders
International orders are sent by United States Postal Service Airmail. Delivery times range from 6 - 8 business days depending upon your location, and with no delay at the destinations' Customs.
Duties, taxes and fees are paid by the recipient.
Because every country has different custom/duty regulations, it is impossible for us determine the appropriate customs/duty cost to any given buyer during checkout. The price that you see during checkout is the shipping price that is given to us by the shipping carrier. Any additional charges/duties/fees are unbeknownst until the package arrives at the terminal of the destination. As part of the final measure of purchasing an item internationally, there are chances of additional duties/customs fees. This is not an expense that is derived from us, rather from the destination customs regulations.
Funds must be drawn on an US financial institution and are to be in US dollars. International customers who wish to prepay the order can do so by mailing us an International Money Order, Postal Money Order or a cheque drawn on an US bank.

International orders are sent by either FedEx or the US Postal Services Airmail. Delivery times range from 5-8 business days depending upon your location.
