2 Ingredient All Natural Stretch Mark Remedy

Manuka Honey

Stuck with pesky stretch marks from a recent (or not so recent) weight fluctuation? Whether from puberty, weight-lifting or pregnancy, stretch marks are the result of our bodies growing faster than our skin can stretch to accommodate. The result: white or pink ribbons of skin that aren't nearly as romantic as they sound.

Before you head to the doctor for pricey laser treatments or slather on harsh chemicals, try this all-natural, 100% organic remedy made using just two ingredients found in your kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Stakich Manuka Honey

Directions

  1. In a medium pot, boil the sweet potato in water until easily pierced with a fork, approximately 20 minutes. Drain and transfer to food processor.
  2. Add the honey and blend until smooth and well combined. Let it cool to room temperature before applying a thick layer to stretch marks. Let sit for 20 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
  3. Repeat daily for best results.

Note: the newer the stretch mark, the faster is will respond to treatment. Most people will see results within three weeks.
