Bee's Knees Classic Cocktail

Bee's Knees Classic Cocktail

This classic gin cocktail has been a popular favorite since the prohibition era, and is a great drink to serve as we transition from summer to fall. We love it because it is a crowd-pleaser that is easy to make and features honey, of course!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Stakich Raw Honey *for a fun twist use an enriched honey like Cherry or Ginger
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 lemon twist, or frozen honeycomb cube for garnish (optional)

Directions

Combine the honey, gin, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Before adding the ice, stir well to incorporate the thick honey with the other liquids. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe, garnish with a lemon twist, and enjoy!

Propolis: Safe Natural Support for Everyday Wellness
Propolis: Safe Natural Support for Everyday Wellness

Propolis is a resinous mixture produced by honey bees when they collect sap from trees and mix it with beeswax and enzymes. The result: nature’s own protective compound, used by bees to seal their hive and guard against bacteria, fungi, and weather.
Because of its rich composition of polyphenols, flavonoids, and antimicrobial compounds, propolis is now valued as a “bee-made immunity booster” and “ wellness ally.” PMC+2PMC+2
