Cherry Honey & Goat Cheese Crostini

Cherry Honey & Goat Cheese Crostini

There are many variations to this recipe but we love how our sweet Cherry Enriched Honey contrasts with robust goat cheese. Walnuts add a great crunch, but this recipe is also delicious with chopped peaches or berries. This one is sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) baguette
  • 8 oz goat cheese
  • 4 oz walnuts, chopped
  • 4 oz Stakich Raw Honey Enriched with Cherry
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

This recipe is pretty simple but to make it even easier, follow these two steps: Preheat your oven to 350F and place the jar of honey in a bowl of hot water so that it can liquefy. Once the oven is warm, slice baguette into 1/2 inch slices and drizzle with olive oil. Toast the bread for 5-7 minutes. While the bread is still warm, spread a thin layer of goat cheese across on top of each slice, sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with Stakich Raw Honey Enriched with Cherry.
