Ho Ho Honey Martini

Ho Ho Honey Martini

Ho Ho Honey Martini

'Tis the season to imbibe! And around here, we like to sweeten our drinks with honey, of course!

Although the following recipe is for mature audiences, we like to make our simple syrup with Stakich Liquid Raw Honey, as it is a much healthier than using refined sugar, and quite frankly, we think it tastes far superior.

Ho Ho Honey Martini

  • 1 oz Vodka or Gin
  • 1 oz Stakich Honey Simple Syrup (see recipe below)
  • 2 oz Sweet and Sour
  • 1 oz Cranberry Juice

Combine ingredients; shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. The cocktail is pictured here with a green sugared rim, which is of course optional. A white sugared rim also gives a nice effect! Make your drink festive by adding a garnish like a maraschino cherry, rosemary spring or orange peel. Share with friends and enjoy responsibly!

Stakich Honey Simple Syrup

This can be modified slightly depending on how sweet you want your syrup to be. More honey than water makes it more sweet, etc.

Making Simple Syrup with Stakich Honey is easy to do and can be used in a variety of recipes to sweeten your favorite drinks such as lemonade, iced tea, and your favorite latte or chai tea.

Because of its rich composition of polyphenols, flavonoids, and antimicrobial compounds, propolis is now valued as a “bee-made immunity booster” and “ wellness ally.” PMC+2PMC+2
